The Cecil Harlem, it's delicious.
Now, I usually start by talking about the atmosphere but this time I'll start with the food. Coconut rice with shrimp, check. Salmon, check. I also had a salad with some Spinach & Lentils, equally delicious. Now this is a big space and big spaces are tough to fill, but they managed to do just that.
