Dear Vegetarians...not so much. The Bowery Meat Company is a Meatatarians dream! @ChefCapon has created a menu full of chops. Lamb. Pork. Veal. Steaks you name it they got it. This visit I went for the Cheeseburger with Raclette, crazy good by the way, and a salad. Simply to feel better about myself. Not that I feel bad at all about red meat & red wine.
